Refund and Cancellation Policy
Subscriptions
CreatorOS subscriptions renew monthly unless canceled before the next billing date. Customers can manage active subscriptions through the Stripe billing portal.
Cancellations
Canceling stops future renewals. Access and remaining credits may continue through the current paid billing period unless otherwise required by law or stated in a separate agreement.
Refund requests
Refund requests are reviewed case by case. Approved refunds may remove associated credits, access, or subscription benefits. Stripe processing timelines apply after a refund is issued.
Failed payments
If a payment fails, CreatorOS may pause paid features until billing is resolved. Stripe may retry payment according to the configured billing rules.
Pre-launch review
This policy is a launch baseline and should be reviewed by counsel before live paid acquisition.
